Hi! My name is Stephan, and I am a freelance producer based in Berlin. Through my company Commercials To Go Consulting, I offer the full range of production services to production companies, agencies and brands for any stage of the production process:

– script & pitch consulting
– directors’ research
– agency producing
– line producing
– full service production package for international clients wanting to produce in Germany
– post production supervision

Since starting in the industry, I have worked on some 200 productions, a couple of them abroad in Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Spain, South Africa, Thailand, Ukraine and the USA. I rely on a worldwide network of creatives, of production crew & technical providers.

I started producing commercials in Cape Town, South Africa with REELEYES FILMS. They also gave me the opportunity to work as bidding producer for international feature films.

At the continent’s largest music video production company DORO, I was a producer for music videos in 1998 and ended up heading DEPARTMENT M., their music video department.

In 1995, I founded the Berlin branch of an event agency, THE LOMOGRAPHIC SOCIETY, and helped arranging exhibitions, events and trade fair shows in funky places like Havannah, Madrid, Paris or St. Petersburg.

I studied Archeology, French, Latin, Philosophy, History and German language & literature and finally graduated from FREIE UNIVERSITÄT BERLIN.
